Diamond Crown Maximus is a super premium cigar handmade by the Fuente Family in the Dominican Republic for the J.C. Newman Cigar Company. The Maximus cigar was introduced in 2003 and is a full-bodied cigar with a dark, oily Ecuadorian-grown wrapper. It is a richer blend and is just as complex and smooth as the Diamond Crown cigar. The wrapper leaves are grown on Oliva Tobacco's El Bajo farm and are chosen from the upper corona portion of the tobacco plant, this adds to the complexity of its taste.
